Job Description : 

• Responsible for compiling the budget compilation & evaluating the actual income and costs in the current year , and comparing with the budget ; make an ABC ( Activity Based Cost ) and ABF ( Activity Based Fuel ) report on each of the Company's projects on a regular basis ; conduct reconciliation , review and analyze costs both Direct Cost ( fuel , hire etc. ) and Indirect Cost ( labor supply , etc. ) , through effective coordination with relevant departments to provide complete , accurate and timely cost information in support of smooth running improving the operational effectiveness and efficiency . 

Qualifications : 

• Bachelor degree in mining engineering 

• Having min . 1 year experience working closely with cost estimating and cost analysis 

• Experience to maintain cost of account standard for Mining project 

• Analytics and economics skill 

• Proficient excel skill include macro excel is preferred 

• Willing to be placed in Kalimantan Selatan with roster system

Rewew draft agreements prepared by Contract Engineer and to advise any modification needed to be compkance with PTRO contracting principle. And to ensure that agreed Scope Of Work is ciearty defined and mciuded in the draft 

Ensure contract Implementation are monitored and controlled, that the Cilent and Petrosea follow the contractual regurements of the contract such that Petrosea is not exposed to unnecessary costs or penaities — if any 

Review and or prepare formal letters/ recommendation / resolution for regular commercial and contractual issues involning the cients and to attend to meetings with contractual nature and uphold the project's objectives at all times 

Ensure all variations and ciaims are properiy managed and monitored until final settlement 

Ensure contract filing systems are maintain, both in hard copy and electronic Copy in order to ensure all contract document are well managed and administered in accordance with Petrosea procedures
